Q. How soon do I need to place my order?
As soon as possible. We would like the opportunity to provide you with the best possible service and the best quality programs so we recommend ordering no less than two days (48 hours) prior to the funeral service if local and three days (72 hours) if outside of the greater Houston area.

Q. When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within two business days locally and three business days outside of the greater Houston area. The total turnaround time will depend on how quickly you submit all of your information and photos, how quickly you respond to your proof and the shipping method used.

Q. What do I do if I need my order sooner?
Rush orders will be accommodated whenever possible for an additional charge. Just let us know when placing your order.

Q. How do I submit my order?
You may place your orders electronically (email/online order form), or directly through our contracted funeral homes/funeral directors (check with us or funeral director prior). For a more informative approach, we highly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation (by appointment only) at our office for an additional cost of $30.00.  Whichever way you choose, our friendly customer care representatives are available and will be happy to assist you. 

Q. How do I submit my photos?
You may scan and email photos to us and/or send via email/text.  There also may be an option for you to leave them with office staff at our contracted funeral homes (check with us or funeral director prior).  When scanning, please set your scanning resolution to 300 dpi. This will allow for the best image quality when printing your order.

Q. Will my photos be returned?
Yes. We understand that the photos you submit are your favorite and sometimes irreplaceable photo memories. That’s why great care is always taken when handling your special photos. They are always returned to you with your order in the same condition as when you gave them to us.

Q. Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
Yes. Your proof will be emailed to you directly. Based on timing and circumstances, your proof will be ready by within 24-48 hours the next business day (except Saturdays and Sundays).  Please keep in mind that we tend to get busy between Wednesday and Friday of each week so please be patient with us as we serve all families simultaneously.

Q. Where can I find help on writing an obituary or order of service?

Q. When do I pay for my order?
Payment is due upon placement of order. 

Q. What are my payment options?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. If paying in person, money orders and cash are also accepted.

Q. What are my shipping options?
Local orders are generally shipped directly to the funeral home the morning of the service. You also have the option of picking up your order from our office at no additional charge.  For out-of-area orders, we can ship via FedEx, UPS and bus lines for an additional charge (varies based on time, weight and distance.)

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Our commitment is to provide superior quality products and service on every order. We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with our products or service for any reason, please let us know and we will work with you to meet your expectations reasonably. However, if you must cancel your order, you may do so prior to approving the proof and you will only be charged for setup and/or design (varies from $125-$250, depending on design type). Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately, therefore, no refunds will be issued after this time.

Q. Can I reorder more programs and memorial keepsakes?
Yes! As long as we still have your information on file, you may reorder.

Q. How long do you keep customer files?
We archive most customer files for up to 6 months for reorders; however, we can’t guarantee that we’ll still have your design on file.

Q. Can we make our own copies of programs designed and ordered from U-Niq Kreationz?
No. Due to copyright laws, it is strictly prohibited that any of our products be reproduced or distributed.  All documents must be printed by U-Niq Kreationz to maintain the integrity, quality and commitment to excellence for all of our products.  Any misuse or reproduction can result in a fine punishable up to $25,000.00.  Copyright ©2007-2020 U-Niq Kreationz.
